The Daggers are a pair of short blades, one in each hand. Each cut is light, but they are the fastest weapon, lunge far to make up for their short reach, and their special is a dodge.

In-game description
A pair of knapped flint daggers on antler guards. Fast, light and short: they lunge far, and in the air they whirl down and bounce.SHOWN ON ITS CARD
The combo
- Twirl: a cut with the dagger spinning in your hand as it sweeps, at 0.95 times POWER.
- Low Sweep: down into a crouch, sliding forward with both blades scything low across, at 1 times POWER.
- Flurry: eight quick stabs, right, left, right, each at 0.4 times POWER, then both blades crossed in an X at 1 times POWER.
- Nightfall: a leap at the nearest foe, both daggers raised high and driven down together, at 1.6 times POWER.
Running attack
click or F while running: a spin along the ground, boosted forward, ending in a ring. It carries on into the combo. It costs 2 stamina.
Plunge: the whirl
click or F in the air sends you whirling down. It cuts as it lands and bounces you up again; each landing deals 1.2 times POWER. It costs 2.5 stamina.
Special: the dodge (right-click or R)
- right-click or R dashes you quickly the way you're moving (or the way you aim), over 0.15 seconds. It won't take you through walls, off a ledge or into deep water.
- For the first 0.2 seconds nothing can hurt you. Dodge through a blow and the words "dodged! faster blades" show: for 3 seconds your strikes are 35% faster.
- A dodge costs 2 stamina. Press click or F during it and the strike comes as it ends.
What it's best for
Quick foes and players who like to stay moving. Dodge through an attack, then use the faster strikes for a full combo.

Made at a Crafting Table. Each metal needs that metal opened first (see Metal Tiers); from bronze up, the haft is made of the metal's sister wood, sawn into planks. A finer table takes less.
