The Raker Talon Charm is a raker's black talon on a cord: a creature charm from the CREATURE page of the Charm Table. Its effect is fixed and the same at every metal.
In-game description
A raker's black talon on a cord.SHOWN ON ITS CARD
What it does
Always: Running attacks do 20% more damage, the bow's running shot included.
Wearing two Raker Talon Charms gives the effect once, not twice. The metal changes only the cord's look and the range of its 0 to 5 stat traits (+1% to +3% each at Bone, up to +7% to +14% at Endurium). See Charms.
Making it
It takes 1 Raker Talon, dropped by the Raker, plus a cord and metal:
| Metal | Cost |
|---|---|
| Bone | 3 Any Grass, 1 Raker Talon |
| Bronze | 2 Any Grass, 3 Copper Ore, 1 Raker Talon |
| Iron | 2 Any Grass, 3 Iron Ore, 1 Raker Talon |
| Steel | 2 Any Grass, 3 Iron Ore, 1 Raker Talon, 1 Any Big Bone |
| Endurium | 2 Any Grass, 1 Iron Ore, 2 Endurium, 1 Raker Talon |
Tips
- Pairs well with a Runner's or Courier's Raincoat.
In online play this charm works in your own game, and its effect is sent with your blow, so it counts in full on creatures another player's game runs.
