Building stairs
- Set them on the story they start from. R turns them to climb north, east or west.
- Leave the tile above them open: stairs can't be built under a floor, and a floor can't be laid over them.
- Lay a floor on the story above, next to the gap, to step out onto.
- Stairs on an upper story need a floor or a roof to stand on.
- A wall at the top or the foot of the flight is fine: the flight ends at the wall's face.
