What it does
Always: Your blows do 15% more damage at night.
Wearing two Werewolf Fang Charms gives the effect once, not twice. The metal changes only the cord's look and the range of its 0 to 5 stat traits (+1% to +3% each at Bone, up to +7% to +14% at Endurium). See Charms.

It takes 1 Werewolf Fang, dropped by the Werewolf, plus a cord and metal:
